Meet Lisa!

Born and raised in Frankfort, New York, Lisa Dousharm is proud to call the Mohawk Valley home. Having lived in the area her entire life, she has a deep appreciation for the community and everything that makes it special- especially the beauty of experiencing all four distinct seasons.

Lisa earned her undergraduate degree in Childhood Education from SUNY Oneonta and her Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. As an educator, she developed the patience, communication skills, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities that now make her an exceptional real estate professional. She believes every client deserves clear guidance throughout the buying or selling process, and she never assumes someone should already know how real estate works.

Lisa's passion for real estate comes from her love of home and her desire to help others find a place where they can truly feel they belong. She understands that buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and her goal is to make the experience as smooth, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. She approaches every client relationship with hospitality, compassion, and a genuine commitment to serving their needs without judgment.

Building lasting relationships is one of Lisa's favorite parts of real estate. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, or those ready for a new chapter, she is dedicated to making clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Lisa enjoys reading, camping, taking walks, spending time with her husband, four children, dog and three cats, playing board and card games, relaxing with an occasional spa day, and visiting her favorite place- Vero Beach, Florida.

A few fun facts about Lisa: she's an avid James Taylor fan, has an ever-growing collection of earrings (you'll rarely see her without a pair!), is currently a devoted Erling Haaland fan, and-perhaps most surprising of all- she genuinely loves mornings and Mondays. Starting her day at 3:30 a.m., she embraces every new week with enthusiasm and believes each Monday is a fresh opportunity for new beginnings.
